We ship our delicate extraits de parfum, botanical skincare, and specialized olfactory formulations with the highest level of care, ensuring your items arrive safely, securely, and reliably.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after secure payment confirmation. Processing timelines may vary slightly during limited-edition batch launches, high-demand collection drops, or seasonal holiday periods. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • You will receive an automated order confirmation immediately after checkout.

  • You will receive verified tracking details via email as soon as the package leaves our fulfillment facility.

  • Processing and final delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier routing.

3. Shipping Methods and Safe Delivery

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that because premium fragrances contain alcohol bases, they are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) in certain regions and must be transported via specialized ground networks rather than standard air mail. Delivery estimates are not absolute guarantees and may be affected by courier schedules, adverse weather, customs clearances, or high peak seasons.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on the shipping destination, total order weight, selected shipping speed, and active brand promotions. Complimentary standard shipping offers may require a specific minimum order value and may exclude remote locations or special priority courier options.

5. Address Accuracy and Security

Please ensure your shipping address is meticulously reviewed and accurate before final authorization. Sense is not responsible for shipment delays, failed delivery attempts, or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address credentials provided during checkout.

Once your package is dispatched, a dedicated tracking link will be delivered to your email or updated within your private account. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to activate on the courier’s network after the package has physically left our facility.

7. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to select international destinations. International shipments may be subject to regional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local compliance tariffs. These external costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs inspections and regulatory processing may also extend the estimated delivery time.

8. Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

We utilize heavy-walled custom packaging to protect our glass vessels during transit. However, if your package arrives structurally damaged, leaks, or appears missing, please contact our concierge support team immediately with your unique order number and tracking code. We will initiate an urgent investigation with the carrier to arrange a priority replacement or credit.
